The Cart Shed is a wonderful, semi-detached conversion which has recently been converted and completed in February 2019 and is situated on the edge of the owners’ livery yard, which houses ponies and horses. What was once the land of some old horse stables is now a contemporary, first floor open-plan one bedroom holiday let with a raised decking area outside which offers the opportunity for simply relaxing or dining al fresco whilst enjoying the uninterrupted, picturesque Norfolk countryside views and its visiting wildlife. The hot tub is tucked underneath the decking and screened to retain its privacy.

The Cart shed has 12 steps up to the property and is open plan with a bedroom, kitchen, ensuite (Shower only), a lounge area and sleeps 2 plus an infant (Travel cot and highchair at the property – although no cot linen is included).

The bedroom is marvellously cosy with crisp cotton sheets. The bed is a zip & link so can be made up as a queen bed or two single beds. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe with hangers, a shelf and a large mirror on the front! There is plenty of room in front of the bed for a travel cot too if required.

The Kitchen is spacious, bright and well equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The property has a built in radio system that plays throughout the property.

The living area has a SMART TV with Full Sky TV, Netflix, DVD player and Wii to keep you entertained! The heating is ran off gas boiler and radiators making it nice and cosy during those chillier days.

The Ensuite is modern and has a lovely large shower, toilet, sink with vanity unit for storage, and a mirror with a shaver socker! And don’t worry it has underfloor heating in those winter months!

Outside, the fully enclosed garden boasts a decked area with outside table and chairs whilst underneath is your own private hot tub, and chairs. Don’t worry we also provide towelling robes for you to use whilst staying with us!.Don’t worry about the dogs there is also a grass area in the garden for them to do their toilets or just sunbath if they prefer.
There is dedicated parking for one car, but don't worry if you need to bring more, there is more room to park very close by just let us know before hand!
