Emergency Stop Tap – Water – This is located in the back of the cupboard which is on the far right hand side as you look in the Cart Shed from the entrance door.
Electric Fuse Board – located under the cart shed, in the back of the car port
First Aid Kit & Fire extinguisher - located under the kitchen sink
Tablet
Not only will this tablet have all the information you need whilst staying with us (hopefully!) and is there for you to use, (Please just make sure if you sign into anything such as facebook etc it’s your responsibility to sign back out before the next guests arrive) - If you could just ensure the safety of this.
Hot Tub
On arrival we will have emptied & cleaned the hot tub, cleaned the filters, filled the tub with fresh water and added and tested the chemical dosage. Its now your responsibility to maintain the hot tub for the duration of your stay. Instructions on how to do this can be found here should you need them. Chemicals can be found under the kitchen sink should they be required (Please keep away from children and animals).
There are lights under the balcony – the switch is the last switch on the main switch as you enter the cart shed, along with a second switch behind the hot tub so you can turn off once you’re in the hot tub and can see the night sky, and vice versa once finished in the tub you can turn the lights back on so you can safely get out, but please remember to turn back off when you get back upstairs.

Please note: On your arrival you may note the hot tub isn't quite up to temperature, it's nothing to worry about.
Rubbish Bins
Rubbish bins can be found on the left hand side of the properties at the top of the yard, as you face the front, under the lean to. Black bin is general rubbish and green is recycling. Dog waste bags must also go into the black bin.

Heating & Cooker
The heating, hot water and cooker are all on LPG which we have found out is rather expensive so we would be so grateful if you could ensure you don’t leave the cooker, water and heating on unnecessarily and please ensure doors and windows are NOT left open whilst the heating is on or in winter months. ?
To adjust the heating thermostat
This is located at the back wall as you enter The Cart Shed, there are two thermostats and it’s the one on the right. During the winter we advise this to be set at around 19.5 degrees and be kept on this 24/7 but please remember not to leave doors and windows open. In the summer we suggest the heating is set to 10 degrees. To adjust simply press the plus or minus button until you reach you’re desired temperate. Please do not go above 22 degrees. Please remember if you do feel a bit cool, please only put the thermostat up a degree or two at a time.
Bathroom underfloor
This is located at the back wall as you enter The Cart Shed, there are two thermostats and it’s the one on the left. During the winter we advise this to be set at around 28 and be kept on this24/7 but please remember not to leave doors and windows open. In the summer we suggest this is turned off. To adjust simply twist until you reach your desired temperate. Please do not go above 30 and if you do feel a bit cold use the main heating to bump the temperature up.
Barn
We also have a games room, which can be used at your own risk. There is table tennis and table football in there, along with a table and some chairs should you wish to take drinks in there. If you could please just keep noise levels to a minimum, tidy up any mess, turn the lights off and shut the doors after you have finished! Also, most importantly don’t let the kids beat the parents!

Sound system
There is built in sound system which is located above the kitchen sockets on the right side of the cooker. This has a built in radio, aux input and Bluetooth. The instruction manual can be viewed here. The Code for connecting your own devices to this via Bluetooth is 0000. PLEASE NOTE: You may find that when the lights are on underneath the balcony it interferes with the radio, so you will just need to turn them off if you had them on.
TV/DVD Combi & Wii
TV – We have SKY TV so you can download and record films/tv shows, watch films on Netflix& Prime TV (Under the apps button on the Sky Home Screen) and much more. Please do not delete any recordings as they are all linked - We will delete these ourselves but please feel free to watch any that have already been downloaded. Please do not download any premium shows as you will be liable for the costs.
Wii – To use, simply turn the Wii on and keep press the Source button on the TV Control until you select BACK AV, where the Wii home screen should then be on the TV.
Wii sports is always a good one to play but please make sure you wear the wrist straps as don’t want anyone having any black eyes!!

Laundry- Washer/Dryer is located underneath the cart shed, at the back, on the left handside.
